The Timothy J. Seamans Memorial Foundation, (Doing Business as Florida Fallen Heroes) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization based in the beautiful city of Jacksonville, Florida. Founded by the families of Jacksonville's fallen soldiers, Timothy J. Seamans and Julian A. Woods in 2006, the purpose and mission of this foundation is to create, establish and help maintain the Fallen Soldier Monument at each hometown high school of a Florida graduate who have lost their lives defending the United States of America in our war against terrorism.
